Rate include: Utility allowance, Shaw Cable TV, Netflix, Wireless Internet, Telephone with Long Distance Plan, yard maintenance, bi-weekly light housekeeping.
Rates quoted do not include applicable taxes. Rates based on up to 4 guests. . Additional guests are $20/guest/night. 3 night minimum booking. Monthly bookings are charged a $225 check out housekeeping fee. All reservations subject to a security deposit. All prices in Canadian funds.

Cancellation Policy
We charge a 25% non-refundable booking deposit. Final payment is processed 30 days before the reserved arrival date. If you need to cancel your reservation we must receive notice in writing at least 30 days prior to the arrival date or the accommodation fees received will be forfeited.
We recommend our guests purchase Cancellation Insurance.
